Job Description
Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews).
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Support onboarding and orientation of new employees.
Help organize employee engagement activities and events.
Assist with HR documentation, policies, and compliance records.
Coordinate with candidates and internal teams for interview scheduling.
Prepare HR reports, trackers, and presentations.
Provide administrative support to the HR department.
