About the InternshipCorenest Tech LLP is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Human Resources Intern to join our HR team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, HR operations, employee coordination, and administrative HR functions. The role is ideal for candidates who are looking to build a strong foundation in Human Resource Management.

Key Responsibilities :- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition- Assist in posting job openings on job portals and professional platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
HR Operations- Support onboarding activities including documentation and employee records.
- Maintain and update HR databases and employee information.
- Assist in preparing HR reports and documentation.
Employee Engagement- Support HR in organizing employee engagement activities and initiatives.
- Assist in maintaining positive internal communication with employees.
Administrative Support- Maintain HR files and documents in an organized manner.
- Assist with daily HR administrative and coordination tasks.
Eligibility Criteria- Currently pursuing or recently completed MBA / PGDM / Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in building a career in Human Resources.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
