About the Internship :-

This internship offers an opportunity to gain practical exposure to Human Resource operations and recruitment processes. The selected intern will work closely with the HR team at Corenest Tech LLP and assist in managing various HR activities including talent acquisition, candidate coordination, and employee engagement. The internship is designed to help students and freshers develop strong HR, communication, and organizational skills while gaining hands-on experience in real-time recruitment and HR administration.

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
• Post job openings on platforms such as Internshala, LinkedIn, and job portals.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Coordinate with candidates for interview scheduling and follow-ups.
• Assist in employee onboarding and documentation.
• Support HR team in employee engagement activities and internal communication.
• Help in preparing HR reports, MIS, and recruitment analytics.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of HR processes and recruitment
• MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Time management and organizational skills

• Can start the internship immediately
• Are available for a duration of 6 months
