Workfall is a premium Talent-Tech platform focused on enabling modern hiring and workforce solutions. Our HR team plays a pivotal role in building high-performing teams by managing recruitment operations and ensuring smooth HR administration across the organization.

This internship is designed for individuals who are keen to gain hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment along with core HR administrative functions in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Work Location: Bangalore (WFO)

Duration: 2 Months

Bonus: Deserving interns who exceed performance expectations will get a favorable Letter of Recommendation.

Stipend: Paid

As an HR Intern, you will support daily HR operations with a strong focus on recruitment coordination, candidate management, and internal HR administration. This role provides practical exposure to the complete recruitment lifecycle and essential HR operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Hiring Support

  • Source candidates using multiple channels such as job portals, internal databases, social media platforms, and referrals.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
  • Conduct initial telephonic screening to assess candidate suitability and interest.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate trackers and recruitment dashboards.
  • Communicate professionally with candidates regarding interview status, feedback, and next steps.

HR Administration Support

  • Assist in maintaining employee and intern records, documentation, and HR trackers.
  • Support onboarding activities including offer coordination and joining formalities.
  • Help manage attendance, leave tracking, and internal HR reports.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team as required.
  • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in handling HR-related data.
