Role Description The Human Resources Intern role at Weskill is a remote internship position supporting core HR activities for the organization. Day-to-day responsibilities may include assisting with HR documentation, helping maintain employee records, and supporting the implementation of HR policies and procedures. The intern may also help with onboarding activities, gathering information related to employee benefits, and coordinating communication between team members and HR management. Additional tasks can include participating in HR-related research, preparing reports, and supporting personnel management initiatives to improve the overall employee experience.

Qualifications

  • Foundational knowledge in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with an interest in developing practical HR skills.
  • Understanding of HR Policies and basic familiarity with Employee Benefits processes.
  • Ability to support Personnel Management activities, including maintaining records and assisting with onboarding.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and documentation skills, with attention to detail.
  • Effective written and verbal communication abilities, with a collaborative and professional approach.
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Comfort with remote work tools and basic proficiency in office productivity software (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing).
