Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Source candidates for IT roles using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and internal databases.

- Review resumes against role requirements and shortlist relevant profiles for recruiter review.

- Contact candidates to confirm interest, availability, notice period, location preference, and basic compensation details where applicable.

- Schedule interviews between candidates and interview panels and send timely confirmations and reminders.

- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, interview status updates, and follow-up notes accurately.

- Support candidate communication throughout the hiring process, including interview updates and document collection when required.

- Assist the HR team with recruitment reports, job posting updates, and onboarding coordination as needed.

What You'll Learn:

- End-to-end IT recruitment, including sourcing, screening, coordination, selection, and onboarding support.

- Practical use of sourcing channels, recruitment trackers, and hiring communication tools.

- How to understand job descriptions, evaluate resumes, and coordinate with hiring managers.

- Professional candidate communication and follow-up practices.

Eligibility:

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; MBA HR preferred.

- Interest in recruitment, especially IT hiring.

- Clear written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to organize tasks, maintain accurate records, and follow up on assigned work.

- Comfortable learning new tools and asking questions when guidance is needed.

- Prior experience in IT recruitment added advantage

Internship Details:

- Stipend: INR 15,000 per month

- Duration: 6 months
