About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support the growing operational and administrative needs of the Human Resources function for 9 months. This role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR processes, employee engagement, and day-to-day operations in a dynamic corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
As an HR Intern, you will:
- Support employee onboarding, documentation, and HR records management
- Assist with internal HR communications and employee coordination
- Maintain HR trackers, reports, and administrative documentation
- Contribute to HR initiatives, employee engagement activities, and operational coordination
- Assist with general administrative and operational tasks to improve efficiency
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good organizational and coordination abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and support HR and operations
