About the Role
The Relationship Management Support Intern will assist the RM team in managing and resolving screen-related operational tickets. The intern will play a key role in reducing pending and on-hold tickets, coordinating with the Maintenance team, and supporting site-level issue resolution through data analysis and communication with Points of Contact (POCs).
Responsibilities
- Ticket Management:
- Work on parked tickets and RM put-on-hold tickets related to screens.
- Ensure reduction of pending tickets to below 100 every week.
- Maintenance Coordination:
- Be in constant coordination with the Maintenance team on a daily basis.
- Follow up on daily tickets received through WhatsApp groups.
- Site Access & Approvals:
- Coordinate for proper site entry approvals.
- Data & Portal Management:
- Open and update spreadsheets and internal portals to review site history.
- Analyze past issues and resolutions to better understand recurring problems.
- POC Communication:
- Connect with site POCs based on ticket requirements.
- Conduct calls with POCs to clarify issues and gather necessary information.
Qualifications
Basic to good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Required Skills
- Ability to work on multiple portals and tools.
- Good communication skills (calls, WhatsApp, and email).
- Coordination and follow-up skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to analyze site history and data.
- Proactive attitude toward issue resolution.
