JOB DESCRIPTION
Role Expectations:
● Assisting with recruitment processes, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing
HR data.
● Preparing job descriptions
● Screening resumes with matching skill sets and requirements
● Sourcing job search websites for potential recruits and contacting those candidates personally
● Interviewing potential sales staff members using industry-standard techniques
● Introducing new hires to the company and walking them through the hiring and training process
● Serving as an employee advocate for new hires as well as established employees
● Completing all new-hire paperwork with candidates who meet the expectations of the job
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Human Resource or a related field.
● Experience in a similar junior HR role is a plus.
● Experience with MS Office.
● Good understanding of full-cycle recruiting.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
