Role Overview :

We are looking for a motivated and detail-orientedHR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This role is ideal for someone starting their career in HR and looking to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
• Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth interview process
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
• Support onboarding and induction activities for new hires
• Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives and events
• Handle basic HR administrative tasks and documentation
• Support HR team in day-to-day operations and projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or currently pursuing)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of HR functions and best practices
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

Preferred Skills:

• Prior internship or project experience in HR (preferred but not mandatory)
• Familiarity with HR tools or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus
