Human Resources Intern

This is an on-site internship role based in Dadri for a Human Resources Intern. The intern will assist in various HR functions, including talent acquisition, onboarding, documentation, and employee engagement activities. Additional responsibilities include maintaining HR records, supporting training and development initiatives, and assisting with compliance-related tasks. The role provides hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge of recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and screening.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills for maintaining HR records and processes.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and common HR software tools; basic understanding of labor laws and compliance is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Demonstrated interest in HR or experience in a similar internship role is a plus.
