About the Role:

As an HR Intern - Recruiter, you will gain valuable experience in the recruitment process. You will work closely with the HR team to source, screen, and interview potential candidates for open positions. You will also have the opportunity to learn about various HR functions, including onboarding, training, and employee relations.

Responsibilities:

Source and screen candidates for open positions using various methods, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals

Conduct initial phone screens and schedule interviews with candidates

Assist with the onboarding process for new hires

Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities

Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field

Strong interest in human resources and recruitment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong organizational and time management skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
