Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-orientedHR Internto join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will assist in various HR functions, gaining hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and compliance. This internship is a great opportunity to learn the fundamentals of HR management in a dynamic, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the recruitment process (job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews).
  • Support onboarding and induction activities for new hires.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Help organize employee engagement events and initiatives.
  • Assist in drafting HR documents, policies, and communication materials.
  • Support performance management and training coordination.
  • Handle general HR administrative tasks and provide support to the HR team as needed.
  • Participate in HR meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.
