Human Resources Intern

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune Division for an enthusiastic Human Resources Intern. The intern will support HR functions such as assisting in employee engagement activities, implementing HR policies, coordinating training programs, and maintaining records of employee benefits and performance. They will also engage in recruitment processes, support personnel management, and collaborate on HR project initiatives.

• Foundational understanding of Human Resources (HR) and its key functions
• Knowledge of HR Management and implementation of HR Policies
• Familiarity with Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in software tools used in HR operations
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic work environment
• Currently pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
