Responsibilities:
- Research the market to find potential candidates
- Help create and post job openings
- Review resumes and does basic candidate screening
- Assist in planning recruitment strategies
- Communicate with candidates and build good relationships
- Share regular updates on hiring progress.
Qualifications:
- Currently studying Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Interested in recruitment and hiring
- Good communication and people skills
- Basic knowledge of HR or recruitment is helpful
- Eager to learn and take initiative
- Must have a personal desktop or laptop
