Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Human Resources Intern. The role involves assisting with recruitment processes, supporting HR management in daily operations, maintaining HR policies, and managing employee documentation. The intern will also collaborate with the team to review and improve personnel and employee benefit programs as needed. The role requires excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure smooth HR functioning.

Qualifications
  • Knowledge and understanding of Human Resources, HR Management, and HR Policies
  • Familiarity with Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks
  • Bachelor's degree (or currently pursuing) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software is an advantage
