Job Details:
Position: HR Intern – IT Recruitment Sourcing
Location: Sector 67, Gurugram
Work Mode: 5 Days Work From Office
Working Days: Sunday–Thursday
Shift Timings: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Source candidates for various IT and technical roles.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Learn sourcing techniques using Naukri and LinkedIn.
• Use Boolean Search and X-Ray Search to identify talent.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
• Understand technical job descriptions and IT skill sets.

• Candidates with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Individuals willing to learn and work in a target-driven environment.
• Candidates comfortable working from the office in Sector 67, Gurugram.
