Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Intern located in Indore. The Human Resources Intern will assist in day-to-day HR tasks, including drafting and implementing HR policies, managing personnel records, coordinating employee benefits, and supporting HR management initiatives. The intern will play an active role in facilitating seamless HR operations and promoting a positive workplace culture, while gaining practical experience in various human resource functions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
• Understanding of HR Management and HR Policies to support organizational compliance and workplace development
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits and experience in Personnel Management
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and willingness to take initiative
• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proficiency in HR software and tools is a plus
