SmartED Innovations is a fast-growing organization focused on building high-impact teams and driving innovation across education and technology. We are looking for proactive HR Interns who are eager to learn and contribute to both Talent Acquisition (TA) and HR Operations (Ops).
Roles & Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition (TA)
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment for interns and full-time roles
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and campus channels
- Screen resumes and coordinate initial candidate shortlisting
- Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Support campus hiring drives and internship programs
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
HR Operations (Ops)
- Assist in onboarding and pre-onboarding processes
- Maintain employee records, HR trackers, and documentation
- Support attendance, performance, and reporting activities
- Assist in drafting HR communications, policies, and emails
- Coordinate with teams for employee engagement initiatives
- Support compliance with internal HR processes and policies
- Handle basic employee queries with professionalism and confidentiality.
Requirements & Skills:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Management, Psychology, or related fields
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
- Good organizational and coordination abilities
- Basic understanding or interest in HR & recruitment processes
- Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets and email communication
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and high ownership mindset
