This internship is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about understanding people, workplace culture, and modern recruitment and HR operations. You will gain hands-on learning by participating in real hiring cycles and HR processes in a professional environment.

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment (shortlisting, screening & scheduling interviews)
• Manage and organize candidate databases & communication
• Coordinate with internal teams for internship requirement planning
• Assist in onboarding, documentation & orientation activities
• Support HR operations, policy planning & engagement activities
• Maintain professionalism and uphold company values

• Practical exposure to real HR processes & recruitment systems
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a corporate setup
