About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to join our HR team. This is a 6-month paid, full-time remote internship ideal for candidates who want hands-on experience in recruitment, HR operations, and employee engagement.

We are looking for an immediate joiner who is ready to start right away.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment (job posting, sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews).
• Shortlist candidates from LinkedIn and job portals.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
• Maintain and update HR databases and employee records.
• Support onboarding and documentation processes.
• Assist in employee engagement and HR administrative tasks.
• Prepare reports and recruitment trackers in Excel/Google Sheets.

Required Candidate Profile

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong interest in recruitment and HR operations.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of LinkedIn and job portals.
• Comfortable working remotely (10:30 AM 7:30 PM IST).
• Available to join immediately.
