About the Role
Redient Security is looking for enthusiastic and motivated HR Interns who are eager to learn and gain hands-on experience in Human Resources. This internship is designed to help interns build strong foundational HR skills while working in a professional and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, resume screening, and interview coordination
Support onboarding and documentation activities
Maintain and update employee and intern records
Assist in drafting job descriptions and HR communications
Coordinate with team members for daily HR operations
Support HR projects and administrative tasks as assigned
Skills & Requirements:
Basic understanding or strong interest in Human Resources
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Willingness to learn and take responsibility
Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
