Job Description

Position: HR Intern

Type: Unpaid Internship

Location: Remote

Duration: 2 to 6 months

Department: Human Resources

Role: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will assist with

  • day-to-day HR activities.
  • gain hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement and HR operations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent sourcing through job portals and social media.
  • Candidate screening and shortlisting.
  • Interview coordination and follow-ups.
  • Support the onboarding process and maintain employee documentation
  • Maintaining candidate trackers and HR records and preparing reports and spreadsheets as needed.
  • Professional communication with candidates via emails and calls.

Skills:

  • Basic understanding of HR and recruitment process.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional attitude and confidentiality handling.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Qualifications:

  • Pursuing or completed a degree in HR/Business Administration/Management or related field.
  • Freshers are welcome to apply.
