Role: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will assist with
- day-to-day HR activities.
- gain hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement and HR operations
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent sourcing through job portals and social media.
- Candidate screening and shortlisting.
- Interview coordination and follow-ups.
- Support the onboarding process and maintain employee documentation
- Maintaining candidate trackers and HR records and preparing reports and spreadsheets as needed.
- Professional communication with candidates via emails and calls.
Skills:
- Basic understanding of HR and recruitment process.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional attitude and confidentiality handling.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Qualifications:
- Pursuing or completed a degree in HR/Business Administration/Management or related field.
