Role Description
This is a remote internship role for a Human Resources Intern. The intern will assist in implementing HR policies, managing personnel records, and supporting employee benefits programs. Additional responsibilities include coordinating recruitment efforts, collaborating on HR strategies, and addressing employee inquiries. The intern will gain hands-on experience in human resources management by participating in administrative and strategic HR processes.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
- Understanding of HR Management and HR Policies
- Skills in Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in using HR software and tools is a plus
- Ability to work in a remote, self-driven, and collaborative environment
- Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
