Job Description

HR Intern (Remote)

Stipend: Up to INR 10,000 per month

Duration: 6 months

Location: Remote (India)

About Us - We at Wundrsight Health are a fast-growing health-tech startup building AI- and XR-powered solutions across mental health, neuro-rehabilitation, and digital therapeutics. As we scale rapidly, we are strengthening our people operations and HR foundations. We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Intern to support recruitment, HR systems, and core people processes.

This role is well-suited for individuals who have prior exposure to HR policies and systems and want to work closely with founders to build structured, scalable HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Hiring Support

  • Support end-to-end recruitment across tech, sales, clinical, and operations roles
  • Screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and manage candidate communication
  • Maintain accurate hiring trackers and recruitment pipelines

HR Operations & People Management

  • Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and internal databases
  • Support performance tracking, feedback cycles, and employee engagement initiatives

HR Policies, Processes & Systems (Core Focus)

  • Work on creation, documentation, and maintenance of HR policies and SOPs
  • Support implementation and upkeep of HR systems (attendance, leave, payroll inputs, documentation)
  • Ensure process adherence, accuracy, and data integrity across HR operations

Payroll & Vendor Management

  • Assist in monthly payroll inputs and coordination with payroll vendors
  • Support vendor management for HR-related services and tools

Founders Office & HR Support

  • Support founders and managers on day-to-day people operations
  • Handle ad-hoc HR, compliance, and operations tasks in a fast-paced startup environment

Mandatory Requirements

  • Prior experience or hands-on exposure to HR policies, SOPs, and HR systems (internship, contract, or prior role)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with structured documentation and data
  • Comfortable handling confidential employee information with discretion
  • Proficiency with Google Sheets / Excel and documentation tools

Preferred Profile

  • Final-year students, recent graduates, or early-career professionals in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields
  • Individuals who are organized, process-driven, and reliable with follow-ups
  • Prior experience in startups or fast-growing organizations is a plus
