What you'll do:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.

• Support onboarding and ensure a smooth joining experience for new interns.

• Maintain HR records, trackers, and documentation.

• Assist in intern engagement, communication, and performance tracking.

• Coordinate with different departments for smooth HR operations.

• Support day-to-day HR activities and administrative tasks.

What we need:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good organizational and time management abilities.

• Basic knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Forms).

• Eagerness to learn and take initiative.

• Interest in Human Resources and people management.
