Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic BBA & MBA Freshers to join our team as HR & Marketing Interns. This internship will provide hands-on exposure to recruitment, candidate engagement, business development, digital marketing, and professional communication.

Key Responsibilities

HR / Recruitment

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates.
• Coordinate with candidates regarding job opportunities and interviews.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
• Support the recruitment team in day-to-day hiring activities.
• Communicate with candidates through calls, WhatsApp, email, and LinkedIn.

Marketing / Business Development

• Assist with LinkedIn and other digital marketing activities.
• Support lead generation and business development initiatives.
• Research companies, industries, and potential clients.
• Assist in creating and sharing recruitment/marketing content.
• Support the team in client and market research activities.

Requirements

• BBA / MBA Freshers – HR, Marketing, Sales, or related specialization.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident and comfortable communicating with candidates and clients.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
• Active interest in HR, Recruitment, Marketing, or Business Development.
• Positive attitude with willingness to learn.
• Self-motivated and able to work as part of a team.
