We are looking for a dynamic Recruitment Executive with excellent calling skills to manage end-to-end hiring, primarily for Field Sales Executives across PAN India.

Key Responsibilities:

Hire Field Sales Executives PAN India

Source CVs from multiple job portals and databases

Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective candidates

Engage, convince, and screen candidates over calls

Conduct initial HR interviews and shortlist suitable profiles

Coordinate and line up telephonic/virtual interviews with respective HODs

Maintain candidate records, documentation, and trackers

Handle background verification and joining formalities

Draft and send offer letters

Manage post-recruitment operations and follow-ups
