This is a full-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Intern where the position is based in Patna, with some remote work flexibility. As an HR Intern, you will assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, support personnel management, and work on employee benefits administration. The role also includes managing various HR tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, maintaining employee records, and contributing to fostering a positive work environment. You will collaborate closely with the HR team to support organizational goals and employee well-being.

• Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and foundational understanding of HR Management
• Familiarity with HR Policies and experience in dealing with Employee Benefits
• Skills in Personnel Management and the ability to maintain and analyze employee records
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task and manage responsibilities in a hybrid work environment
• Students or graduates pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous internship or coursework in HR is a plus
