Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates and hiring managers.
- Support sourcing efforts through various channels like job portals, social media, and networking.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Admin Duties
- Assist in daily office administration to ensure smooth operations.
- Support in managing office supplies, inventory, and vendor coordination.
- Help with employee onboarding documentation and basic compliance filing.
- Maintain employee records, attendance updates, and internal documentation.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities, celebrations, and office events.
- Assist HR with day-to-day admin and coordination tasks.
What We're Looking For:
- Graduate in related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with good organisational abilities.
- Prior internship or exposure to recruitment is a plus.
