Responsibilities:
- Assist in end-to-end IT recruitment activities
- Sourcing and screening IT profiles
- Coordinating interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintaining candidate data and recruitment trackers
- Supporting the HR team in daily recruitment operations
Requirements:
- Educational background in IT / Computer Science / Engineering
- Strong interest in HR and IT recruitment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
- Basic knowledge of IT roles and technologies is a plus
