JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for IT roles using platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, and Ceipal. You will play a key role in identifying top talent, building strong candidate pipelines, and ensuring an excellent recruitment experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and shortlist IT professionals through LinkedIn, Naukri, Ceipal, and other job portals.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT positions (sourcing, onboarding).
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of active and passive candidates.
  • Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidates technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate candidate data and track recruitment activities in Ceipal ATS.
  • Build strong professional relationships with candidates and act as their primary point of contact.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Fluent and confident communicator (written & verbal).
  • Ability to engage and maintain active candidate pipelines.
  • Strong understanding of IT skills, roles, and technologies.
  • Goal-oriented, proactive, and detail-driven.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, Business, or related field (preferred).
  • 04 years of experience in IT recruitment (domestic/international hiring as per requirement).
  • Proven track record of sourcing and closing IT positions.
