Role Description
GroGlobally is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern for a remote internship position. As a Human Resources Intern, you will assist in managing HR tasks such as supporting recruitment processes, maintaining employee records, assisting in creating HR policies and procedures, and coordinating employee benefits programs. You will also help with personnel management and foster a positive employee experience by addressing staff concerns and supporting HR initiatives. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and growth-focused digital marketing agency.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and knowledge of HR Management practices
- Understanding of HR Policies and experience with Employee Benefits administration
- Familiarity with Personnel Management and staff coordination skills
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Previous internship or related experience in HR is a plus
