Role Description. The Human Resources Intern will assist in HR management, policies, employee benefits, and personnel management tasks to support key HR goals and initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
  • Knowledge of HR policies and employee benefits
  • Personnel Management expertise
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience with HR software is a plus
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
