Human Resources Intern

This is a remote internship role for a Human Resources Intern. The Human Resources Intern will assist with various HR-related tasks including implementing HR policies, managing HR records, assisting with employee benefits administration, and supporting personnel management activities. The intern will also gain exposure to HR management practices and contribute to creating a positive work environment.

• Knowledge and understanding of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
• Experience or coursework in HR Management and HR Policies
• Understanding of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a remote setting
• Enthusiastic and proactive approach to learning and contributing to HR functions
• Pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
