About the Role:
We are hiring an HR Intern who is eager to gain hands-on experience across core human resource functions. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a strong foundation in recruitment, HR operations, and employee engagement within a structured and fast-paced work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews
Support onboarding and offboarding activities and maintain employee records
Help manage HR documentation, databases, and internal trackers
Coordinate with different teams for recruitment and HR-related requirements
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and internal communications
Support HR executives with day-to-day administrative tasks
Ensure compliance with company policies and HR processes
Meet defined timelines and maintain accuracy in HR operations
Required Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
Strong interest in building a career in Human Resources
Good communication skills in English and Hindi (additional regional languages are a plus)
Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic documentation tools
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work in a collaborative and deadline-driven environment
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn sourcing, or ATS tools
Process-oriented and proactive approach to work
Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment
