Role Description The Human Resources Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bardez. The intern will support daily HR operations, including assisting with recruitment activities, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records. Responsibilities include helping with onboarding documentation, updating employee files, and supporting the implementation of HR policies and procedures. The role also involves contributing to personnel data management, assisting with employee engagement initiatives, and providing general administrative support to the HR team. The intern will collaborate closely with HR management and other departments to ensure smooth HR processes and a positive employee experience.
Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and an interest in HR Management.
  • Candidates should possess understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits.
  • Candidates should possess skills in Personnel Management and basic employee data handling.
  • Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate attention to detail.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, hospitality-focused environment and collaborating with diverse teams.
  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic familiarity with HR software is an advantage.
