Human Resources Intern

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Intern, located in Coimbatore. The Human Resources Intern will assist with HR-related responsibilities, including HR management, shaping and implementing HR policies, managing personnel records, assisting with employee benefits operations, and coordinating new hire onboarding processes. The intern will also have the opportunity to learn about and support various aspects of HR operations while contributing to team projects and fostering a positive workplace environment.

• Proficiency in foundational Human Resources (HR) skills, including HR Management and Personnel Management
• Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits processes
• Basic understanding of workplace management strategies and excellent organizational abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
• Proactive and detail-oriented, with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly
• Pursuing or holding a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
