Human Resources Intern

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Intern located in Lucknow. The Human Resources Intern will gain hands-on experience with HR operations, including assisting in the design and implementation of HR policies, managing personnel records, and overseeing employee benefits. Responsibilities will also include supporting recruitment processes, onboarding activities, and other aspects of daily HR management.

• Knowledge of Human Resources concepts, HR Management, and HR Policies
• Understanding of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Pursuing or possessing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Knowledge of HR software and tools is a plus
