Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources Intern. As an HR Intern, you have to conduct daily meeting and implementing HR policies, managing personnel records, and supporting HR management initiatives. You will also help coordinate employee benefits, contribute to recruitment efforts, and support general administrative tasks related to employee relations. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR operations in a fast-paced and innovative company.
Qualifications
- Familiarity with Human Resources practices, including HR Management and HR Policies
- Understanding of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management concepts
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software/tools
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote environment
