Job Opportunity: HR Intern

CrossML Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. CrossML is an AI-driven technology company focused on building innovative solutions in Machine Learning, Generative AI, and enterprise automation.

Location: Chandigarh Industrial Area Phase-1

Work Mode: Onsite

Position: HR Intern

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing and screening of candidates

• Coordinate and schedule interviews

• Maintain and update HR records and databases

• Support onboarding and induction of new employees

• Assist in employee engagement initiatives and HR operations

• Handle documentation and administrative HR tasks

Requirements:

• Good communication & interpersonal skills

• Candidates must have completed Graduation.

• Basic knowledge of HR processes

• Knowledge of LinkedIn recruitment/search techniques

• Eagerness to learn and grow in HR domain
