As a Human Resources Intern, you will contribute to the daily operations of the HR department, gaining valuable hands-on experience. Responsibilities include assisting in recruitment processes, maintaining employee records, supporting onboarding activities, and aiding in the organization of employee engagement initiatives. You will also assist with research and the development of HR policies and procedures as needed. This is an internship in an on-site capacity located in Chandigarh.

• Knowledge of recruitment processes, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management
• Time management, organization, and administrative skills
• Competency in interpersonal communications and relationship-building
• Familiarity with HR-related tools, software, and procedures
• Understanding of employment regulations and HR compliance (preferred but not required)
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
