We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to support daily human resources operations. The ideal candidate will assist with recruitment, employee records, onboarding, attendance management, and HR administration while helping maintain a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment and hiring process
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Prepare HR documents, letters, and reports
- Manage attendance, leave records, and employee documentation
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communication
- Support payroll and compliance documentation
- Handle employee queries professionally and confidentially
- Assist senior HR staff with daily administrative tasks
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of HR processes and labor policies
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and confidentiality handling
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior internship or experience in HR or recruitment
