What You'll Do
As an HR Intern, you'll work closely with the HR team and support core people operations, including:
- Assisting with recruitment and hiring activities.
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Supporting onboarding processes for new employees.
- Managing and maintaining HR documentation and records.
- Helping with performance management tracking and reporting.
- Supporting employee engagement initiatives and events.
- Preparing HR trackers, reports, and presentations.
- Communicating with candidates and employees professionally and confidently.
- Handling day-to-day HR administrative tasks.
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
- A strong communicator with good verbal and written skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with documentation.
- Able to manage multiple tasks.
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
- Familiar with Google Workspace and email communication (preferred).
