Job Title: Human Resource Internship and Workshop Program

Location: Work from Home

Duration: 3 months (1st 45 days is probation period, 2nd 45 days will be paid and proceed based on performance assessment)

Working Days: Mon-Fri (8:30am-5:00pm) | Sat Half day, review meeting

Job Description

The HR Internship and Workshop Program is designed to equip students with hands-on experience in HR operations and a unique opportunity to learn through structured workshops. This program provides exposure to the recruitment process, employee engagement, compliance, and much more.

This is an excellent opportunity for students to gain practical experience while participating in workshops that enhance their HR knowledge and skills, directly benefiting their academic growth and career placement prospects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate databases.
  • Participate in onboarding activities, helping to prepare documentation and facilitate employee orientations.
  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives such as organizing events, team-building activities, and surveys.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
  • Assist in payroll and benefits administration under HR team supervision.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Support performance reviews by tracking probation periods and addressing employee concerns.
  • Provide administrative support for various HR programs, including training and development initiatives.
  • Participate in workshop sessions focused on HR best practices, compliance, and HR technology tools.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
  • Basic understanding of HR principles and labor laws is a plus, but not required.
