Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our growing team across recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and day-to-day people management activities.

This internship will provide hands-on exposure to the complete HR lifecycle and an opportunity to work closely with the Talent Acquisition and HR teams in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
• Source and screen candidates through platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and other hiring channels.
• Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment and selection process.
• Schedule interviews, assessments, and follow-ups.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Assist with maintaining HR records and ensuring documentation is organized and up to date.
• Coordinate with different teams to ensure smooth execution of HR processes.
• Contribute to improving recruitment and HR workflows as the organization grows.
