Job prerequisite:

  • Stipend is Performance based with a fixed stipend of INR 2000 per month
  • you are available to work at least 20 hours per week, on an average 4 hours per day Monday to Friday
  • Interns will get a work experience certificate when they complete the entire duration of Internship.
  • You are available for a duration of 3 months for the Internship

Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Human Resources Intern. The Human Resources Intern will assist the HR team with day-to-day tasks such as HR management, policy compliance, and employee benefits administration. The intern will also assist in personnel management tasks such as recruiting, screening, and onboarding.

We are looking for an HR Intern to perform various administrative tasks and support our HR departments daily activities.

HR Intern responsibilities include :

  • updating our employee records with new hire information,
  • screening resumes and scheduling interviews.

Roles & Responsibilities of the Intern :-

  1. Posting job advertisements to job boards and social media platforms.
  2. Screening Potential employees resume and application form to identify suitable candidates. Avoid any biases in the processes, such as past Experience, Sexual Orientation, And Gender Identity Biases, Among Others, to ensure the company remains an equal opportunity employer.
  3. Organizing Telephonic Interview with Shortlisted Candidates.
  4. Update our internal database with new candidates information, including contact and other hiring details
  5. Update your work on GOOGLE FORM by the end of the day.
  6. Training the team and getting connected with them.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
  • Experience in HR Management and Policy compliance
  • Experience in administering employee benefits
  • Knowledge of personnel management principles and practices
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Enrolled in or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources or a related field

Experience with HR software and database management is a plus. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. They should have strong interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
