- EezyHR (Fractional HR): Our HR-as-a-Subscription model for early-stage startups. We act as a plug-and-play HR department, handling everything from culture engineering to policy architecture.
Our Founder99Yellow was founded by Shikha, an HR leader with a Master's from the University of Minnesota, USA, and 10+ years of leadership experience at the center of the Indian startup revolution. Our founder has spearheaded HR at boAt (Head of HR) and led people strategy for Sequoia-funded ventures like Emeritus and Grabhouse. We bring the blueprint of India's most iconic scale-ups to every client we partner with.
The Role: New-Age Talent ScoutWe are looking for a high-energy Talent Acquisition Intern who views recruitment as an art form and a science. This is a 100% remote role for someone hungry to learn the hunt and work on roles that move the needle for global startups.
Key Responsibilities- Advanced Sourcing: Go beyond the surface. Master LinkedIn, Naukri, and niche platforms to identify high-performing passive candidates.
- Passive Mapping: Conduct market intelligence to map out competitor talent pools and identify where the best talent is hiding.
- Role Architecture: Synthesize complex hiring needs into compelling Job Descriptions (JDs) and high-engagement social media posts.
- Intelligent Screening: Conduct deep-dive screenings. You will be trained to ask sharp, insightful questions that uncover a candidate's true potential and cultural alignment.
- Pipeline Management: Manage job portals and candidate tracking with 100% data integrity and high efficiency.
- The Goal: Drive real impact by closing at least 2–3 roles per month.
