Role Overview
We're looking for a Talent & Operations Intern to support hiring, people operations, and internal coordination at Infrasity.
This is a startup-style operations role where you'll work directly with the founder and team across:
- hiring coordination
- candidate communication
- onboarding support
- internal operations
- process management
- team coordination
This role is ideal for someone who:

ResponsibilitiesHiring & Talent Operations
- Source and screen candidates across LinkedIn and job platforms
- Coordinate interview scheduling and follow-ups
- Maintain candidate trackers and hiring pipelines
- Communicate with applicants during the hiring process
- Assist in posting and managing job openings
People & Team Coordination
- Help with onboarding coordination for new hires and interns
- Maintain internal documents and trackers
- Assist with operational workflows and team coordination
- Support day-to-day internal communication and follow-ups
Founder & Operations Support
- Assist with basic operational tasks and process management
- Coordinate across hiring, growth, and delivery teams
- Help improve internal workflows and organization
Preferred Skills
- Strong communication skills
- Good organizational ability and attention to detail
- Comfortable using Google Sheets, Docs, Notion, etc.
- Ability to coordinate and follow up consistently
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
Good to Have
- Prior internship experience
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and hiring platforms
- Interest in startups, growth, or operations
- Basic understanding of SaaS or tech ecosystem
