The HR Coordinator will support day-to-day HR operations, onboarding documentation, and MIS reporting. This role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple HR-related tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- HR Operations & Coordination
- Manage and maintain daily footfall data for walk-in candidates.
- Assist candidates in completing interview and onboarding formalities through the ATS system.
- Coordinate and support various HR processes, tasks, documentation, and reports while ensuring accuracy and adherence to timelines.
- Work closely with the HR team to ensure smooth execution of HR operations and activities.
- Pre & Post-Joining Documentation
- Collect and verify candidate documents post selection.
- Handle Aadhaar seeding for ESIC compliance.
- Support new joiners with form filling and document uploads in the system.
- Review and validate joining documents to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Collect and process statutory nomination forms (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.).
- MIS & Reporting
- Maintain, update, and track HR and recruitment-related MIS reports.
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry and reporting as required by the HR team.
